Upon the payment of the purchase price in full, Seller issues its irrevocable and unconditional consent to the registration of buyer’s title of ownership to the Property, parallel to deleting its title of ownership. Buyer hereby retains Harry Hotdog Law Office to administer the registration process.

	Seller shall convey the Property to Buyer on the day the balance of the purchase price has been paid. The Parties shall record this delivery in writing. The utility meter positions and other comments , as may be necessary, shall also be recorded.

	Upon any delay in delivery, the Parties agree to assess liquidated damages at a rate of 1% of the purchase price for each day in default, but not exceeding 10% of the purchase price. If the period of delay is more than 30 days, then Buyer may cancel the Contract.

	Parties hereto agree that all costs , including attorney’s fees related to the acquisition of title and drafting this Contract shall be borne by Buyer.
